"Don't Look!"

says Brett, trying to protect his brother and sister from a preview on their movie. As you can see the suspense got to Jake and Brylee....well she listened well.

For the love of Eliana

When your best friend in the whole world attempts riding with no training wheels....seen here. You must of course try it. After the approval of the big boys that it is cool to ride a pink bike because yours is still too big, you jump on because there is a beautiful brown eyed girl to impress. He tryed, oh he tryed.....but it sure is a lot harder than it looks! But look how much fun it was :)

What????

I must make a note to forever remember the day Brylee went up and cleaned her room all by herself and actually did a great job. I will now hire her to give lessons to her brothers. Brylee is a RockStar. As I type she is in the kitchen washing dishes off.

Is this really my daugher?

Jake's MiMi

"Hey Mom....Do you know what MiMi's last name is?" "Tell me Jake." "MY BEST FRIEND!"

This morning he also told me he wants MiMi to live right behind us in our backyard :)

Me too Jake!

Out of the Mouth of Sweet Jake

Brett was helping me make dinner tonight by mashing the potatoes with the electric mixer. As soon as Jake caught wind of what was going on he came running in the kitchen screaming "I want to electrocute the pototoes!"

We had yummy electrocuted tators.

Jake and his Girls

These 3 have been friends since they were teeny tiny. He loves both his "girls!"

Way Back When-esday

Can you believe that is Brett?? It was taken the summer of 2002. It seems like just yesterday!

Seriously, how cute are they?

I love my kids!

Jake and his Dad

I loved popping my memory card in the computer and finding a picture of a couple of my favorite guys. Not sure what the play dough figure is but they sure are cute. Oh of course! Jake said it's a Transformer :) I totally see a Transformer now!

A Guessing Game?

Which eyes belong to which lovely child of mine?

I think I can remember.

Oh the Talent we saw at the Talent Show.....

the most talented kid in school

and now for his card trick!

The first game of the season....

Wow they have a cool big brother!
Brett had an awesome first game. He was up to bat once... hit a single, and had a great play at third base (or whatever you call it)
It is so much fun this year. He is playing with all his friends from school and has an awesome coach.

The Day I Have Been Waiting For.......

it came. This is the day that Brylee and I played Barbies and Princess on her bedroom floor! Just the girls ;)

She told me this morning that her room is the girls room. So that's where we go to get away from all the boys in this house.

Brylee's Plural World

The child adds a "s" to the last word of every sentence. Her two favorite words...."Hairs" "Heres" Love that girl!

It goes something like this......

Jacob if you don't want me to take your picture, that's fine.
Umm he changed his mind.

The Morning Rush

Another morning to get ready for the bus in 10 minutes. Can he do it????
he made it with minutes to spare, got dressed, ate, bathroom and brushed his teeth in less than 10 minutues!
5 more days of school. Holy Cow....He will be in the 3rd grade....how is that possible???

Brett was Wondering......

if he could go to Summer School.....When I told him that it was for kids who needed a little extra help.....he pleaded with me....he begged....he promised he would try to learn 3rd grade stuff. Boy... he is bummed that he has had all A's this year, didn't miss a spelling word and reads at a High School Level..... because he really wants to go to Summer School :(

Make-Up Lessons from Brylee.....

Put every kind of make-up all over your face.......

and you will look beautiful everytime :)

This was Jacobs first year of Awanas. He is amazing and memorized one verse a week. He has so many questions and loves God :)

Brett received his Sparky Award. He completed 3 years of being a Spark. To receive the award he had to memorize 166 verses and all the books of the bible. How amazing is that? He has been given a gift. He blows me away!!!
