Baseball

This year is kid pitch ball.
Jake has not been hit with the ball yet....
But I'm sure it will happen.
Good thing he was paying attention, the ball was coming his way.
When you are 8 once in a while it is hard to concentrate.

But then your coach reminds you are playing baseball.

Another Boy in Braces

This is the last picture before we headed to the orthodontist.
When he was just a little guy he had a horrible bike spill and eventually had to had his baby tooth pulled.  His permanent tooth did not have guide on where to come in at and decided to come in too high.
When we arrived there was a little girl in the chair just screaming.  That made for one nervous boy.
I told the doctor that was not good for business.
But he survived.
One day later and he has decided he never wants to get them off.
He brushes like a fool, putting Brett to shame.

I Miss You So Much!

Anmol moved away to a small town not far away.
We no longer see her everyday.
Brylee is lost without her.
She misses her soooo much.
I miss her too.
They like to text each other and send videos.
I love looking back at what they text each other.
A self portrait for Anmol.
A text to show Anmol what she is wearing.
A text to show Brylee what she is wearing.

And best of all....
the video texts.

Friends

Brylee and McKinley were in the same Kindergarden class.
They were attached at the hips.
Kinley was able to bring her sister over to play also.
They had a blast.

Brylee, McKinley and Addyson
Brylee is one lucky girl to have such wonderful friends!

North Dakota

This was our 3rd annual go to North Dakota on the last day of school.
We made it as far as Fargo on the 1st day.
The kids enjoying a nice Hampton breakfast.
We stopped at Scheels on the way out of town.  Jake loves presidents so we stopped and snapped a pic.
And of course ride the ferris wheel.
Next stop Bismarck.
My grandparents.  Lovely.  Amazing. Role Models.
Love them!!!
My favorite Auntie Jo.
Minot is kinda like an island.  But we found our way.
We finally made it!
I'm sure this picture is of Mom explaining why she lost her phone, keys or sunglasses again!
Jake loves his Grandpa.
An afternoon spent at Splash Down

We went to church to hear Travis give his testimony.
I was proud to sit next to him.
A quick trip to the zoo.
Cotton candy blue hands and mouth.

I'm positive Brylee is a clone of her Grandma.
They are so much alike.
The only two people I know who get excited to clean.
My favorite Aunt Sandy
The kids wait and wait just to capture small amounts of time with Uncle Ryan.
Look at Brett smile at him.

Ryan and Jacob Ryan.
If only Ryan knew how much his Jacob Ryan is like him.
He works so hard.
We had an afternoon of pricing things for the biggest garage sale ever.
I even found new undies for them to sell.
Silly Mom was going to throw them away.
Brylee is a pricing super star.  She did not need any help on deciding prices.
Our very cool cousin Caisee showed up on duty and left with sirens and all.
Cherry Berry at the Mall.
Pictures on the last morning.
What pictures on the last morning actually look like!
It's hard to get Mom to look at the camera...she is always smiling at the kids.

We always take a self portrait right before we part.
Love you Mom!
See you in August.
