Fun at the Park

I love days off school! We took two neighbor boys and headed to the park this afternoon and stopped to have Sonic slushes on the way home. Brylee of course wore her snow boots and if you could see her jeans you would see they are on backwards!

It never ceases to amaze me what this kiddos can memorize. Even Brylee is getting the hang of it! God's word will be forever hidden in their hearts and available when those tough times come. What an amazing God we serve!

It is really hard to study for Awana when you are a boy and there is a football in the room. Notice Brylee is the one holding the book. I think Brylee memorized more than the boys. Boys will be boys!

Happy Saint Nicholas Day

I have a very cool friend who celebrates St. Nicholas day so we are joining in the fun! My kids have always know the real story about Santa. We keep Christmas about the birth of our King not Santa.








They are smart cookies. I told them to put a sock by their beds and they came down with their tall sports socks. Now that's thinking. They are saving their money so they can secretly help someone in need. Lots of sugared kids at this household!

This picture cost me two dollars. I have learned that when you are 8 it is very uncool to hold a doll.
This picture cost me the icebreakers in my purse. When you are 4 and your big brother thinks dolls are not very cool then by default you think the same.

Fall Rain

Cold fall rain. The kids love to jump in puddles. And yes every good Mom lets their child run naked with a lifejacket on. Good news she should not drown!

AWANAS

Jacob is finally old enough to be a Cubbie Bear. He is very excited to be one. This morning he wanted to go back and wore his vest all around town. Last night was Crazy Christian Night if you were wondering about the hair and clothes!

Tight Squeeze

The kids fell asleep on the way home from the drive-in movie. They look so cute in the back of the car. Sure is a tight squeeze with 3 car seats.

Flying to Minot

The kids had a blast flying to Minot. They all loved looking ou the window. Thank you Grandpa Jim for the tickets. We are having so much fun in Minot. The time is flying by. We come home on the 15th.
